New build Villa Punta Prima - Completed!

Now that we have started to settle into our new villa here in sunny Punta Prima, we wanted to express our gratitude for all the help and support you have both provided during the presale and post sale through to completion and beyond.

What can we say, what an exciting journey for us and as can be expected some challenges along the way, but with your help, advice and guidance along the way providing the much needed local support whilst we were in the UK and battling through the trials of the Covid pandemic, we got there.

We have always found you both to be very approachable, knowledgeable, responsive, irrespective of the day of the week or indeed the time and importantly a calm approach supported with good humour when needed.

From the first day of meeting you and explaining what we were looking for you really understood and focussed on that and not wasting time on inappropriate properties as we have experienced in the past.

Sometimes the little things really make a difference, such as getting us to and from the airport on occasions and even organising our Covid test in Spain, all helped smooth the path.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you from both of us and without hesitation, we would highly recommend you to any prospective buyer.
