'How grateful we are to Emma at New Spanish Properties, for helping us with our purchase of a new apartment in Spain.

During our holiday in Los Alcazares, we saw an advertisement in a local magazine for an apartment and decided, simply out of interest, that we would like to view it and research the area. A phone call led us to Emma who arranged for her local team to contact us.  We were able to see the property and her team showed us other properties – even after saying we were only ‘looking’ and would not make a purchase on this occasion.  After our return to the U.K. Emma kept in touch, advising us on purchasing and introduced us to an English speaking firm of Spanish solicitors in Los Alcazares.

With all the help we received, we were able to decide on the kind of property, the location and most importantly - our budget!  The budget had to be the price of the property, plus an allowed 15% to cover taxes and solicitor costs, also an amount for furniture and extras. We decided to look only for a new property.

We are now the proud owners of a - Dream Come True - apartment in Pilar de la Horadada, all within our set budget!
